My stay at Guest House La Casa was simply wonderful. The staff members were amazing - always smiling and willing to help. The service was exceptional, and Martin, the manager, even woke up at 4 in the morning to say goodbye as I was leaving early. The rooms were clean and well noise isolated, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The variety of delicious Italian cuisine, especially the pizzas and pastas, was impressive. The food was served promptly and with pleasure by the attentive waiters. The large balcony in my room was a highlight, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms exceeded my expectations. , I was pleased to find free tea bags in my room. The location of the guest house was convenient, with buses running frequently to both Golden Sand beach and Varna city. I highly recommend Guest House La Casa for a fantastic stay.

The location was great, close to the airport and within walking distance of the resort and the beach. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were well-equipped with a kitchen and included breakfast.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house in Varna for a couple of days. The manager welcomed us warmly and even surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift. I was impressed by the little touches like complimentary bottles of water and a plate of fresh fruits in our room. The highlight was definitely the roof terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views of the sea. The private parking was convenient, although the steep slope made it a bit tricky to leave. Thankfully, the staff kindly assisted us. I can't forget to mention the delicious pizza we had at the Italian restaurant on-site. I would definitely choose this guest house again for my future visits.

We absolutely loved the well-kept gardens, pool, and summer house at La Casa. The balcony in our room was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden views. The cleanliness of the guest house was impeccable, and the quiet location made for a peaceful stay. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes for both indoor and outdoor dining, and the breakfast provided was adequate. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to even park our rental car for us.

We felt very lucky during our stay, as there was no reason to complain.

Enjoyed amazing homemade soup in the restaurant and the great location near a bus stop to visit main attractions. the room was spacious and had strong Wi-Fi signal.

The staff seemed uninterested and didn't offer much help besides basic check-in. No tea available in the room or in the nearby stores, only herbal tea offered in the restaurant which wasn't preferred.

We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms with daily cleaning and excellent WiFi. The Italian restaurant on the premises served the best homemade soups and delicious pizza. the hotel staff was friendly and efficient.

The unfriendliness of most of the staff, often reluctant to serve or respond, was a downside. The limited parking spaces and small parking lot proved inconvenient, and some drainage smell issues in the bathrooms could have been improved.
